Every submission lands under Forms & Surveys → Responses, newest first. You can read them across all your forms, or open one form to see just its own.

A single response

Opening a response shows every question with its answer, in the order asked — including which branch of any conditional logic that person took. For a scored form you also get their score, the pass/fail result, and which answers were wrong.

Uploaded files are attached to the response they came with.

Counts that mean something

The per-form view gives you:

  • Total responses and how many arrived this month (the number your plan meters)
  • Completion rate — how many people who opened the form finished it
  • Average score and pass rate for scored forms

Drop-off analytics

On paid plans you also get per-question drop-off: where people stop.

This is the most actionable number in the module. A big fall at one question almost always means the same handful of things:

  • It's required and people don't have the answer to hand
  • It asks something they consider too personal for the context
  • The options don't include their real answer

Fixing that one question usually recovers more responses than any amount of promotion.

The monthly meter

Plans cap responses per calendar month, team-wide across all your forms. Over the cap, the public form stops accepting submissions and shows a clear message rather than failing silently.

The count resets on the 1st. If you're running a campaign that will spike, check your headroom before it starts rather than after.

Identity

If the form uses email verification, the verified address is stored on the response — so you know who answered, not just what they answered. Without it, responses are anonymous unless you asked for contact details as questions.

Export before you edit a form heavily. Renaming and removing questions is safe for existing responses, but an export taken at a known-good moment is a cheap snapshot to have.
