The basic set
Available on every plan, including Free:

Choosing well
Single choice vs dropdown. Five options or fewer, use single choice — everything is visible and it's one tap. More than that, use a dropdown.
Rating vs scale. A 1–5 rating is easier to answer and gives you a usable average. A 0–10 scale is what you want if you're calculating NPS specifically, because the bands are standardised.
Required, sparingly. Every required question is a place someone can abandon. Make the ones you'd chase by email required; leave the rest optional.
Write options that don't overlap. "1–3 years" and "3–5 years" both contain 3, and respondents will pick differently. Use "1–3" and "4–5".
File uploads
File upload questions are on the top tier because they cost storage. When enabled:
- Size is capped per plan (up to 10 MB per file).
- File type is checked by content, not just extension, so a renamed executable is rejected.
- Uploads are linked to the response and available from the response detail.
Scenario blocks
Not a question — a scenario shows text, an image or a table above a group of questions. Use it for a passage to read, a case study, or a diagram to interpret.
Scenarios are available on every plan, including Free.
